Schaeuble "Europe is Not in a Good State"

As per Open Europe:

"Europe is not in a good state,” said German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schäuble at the Economic Council of his CDU party in Berlin on Tuesday. 

Referring to declining trust in the EU and the rise of anti-EU and right-wing parties across the bloc, he said, “We just cannot go on like this”.

He is right. However, the question is who or what is going to change things for the better?

Will Brexit be the catalyst for change for the better?
