Evidently the Brexiters feel that those who have been late in registering are pro EU.

The question is, are they correct?

Advice To Late Registrants

You have had months to register.

Leaving it to the last minute to register online, when inevitably the site crashed,  is your own fault and not a sinister conspiracy by the establishment.
