Court Of Session Rules Prorogation Unlawful

Those with far more legal knowledge than me, say that the Court of Session’s judgement will have no immediate effect. But it makes the Supreme Court’s judgement on the legality of prorogation far more unpredictable

Ignoring whatever the Supreme Court does next week, an appeal has been lodged.

By the time this is sorted out, the Queen will be making her speech anyway!
