Given that the Supreme Court has ruled that prorogation was not lawful and has not occurred, it is now up to the Speaker to decide what to do.

Court Of Session Rules Prorogation Unlawful
Ignoring whatever the Supreme Court does next week, an appeal has been lodged. Those with far more legal knowledge than me, say that the Court of Session’s judgement will have no immediate effect. But it makes the Supreme Court’s judgement on the legality of prorogation far more unpredictable— James Forsyth (@JGForsyth) September 11, 2019
By the time this is sorted out, the Queen will be making her speech anyway!

Parliament Packs Up For Five Weeks
MPs definitely shutting up shop tonight - No 10 has had a very, very bumpy few days, but while Parliament isn't sitting they can crack on with their agenda whatever it is, with relatively little interference https://t.co/iV6ljSqLGw

The Queen's Speech October 14 - Well Then!
Johnson govt to hold Queen's speech on 14th October, will be confirmed by privy council at Balmoral today - No 10 says it's all biz as usual for a new govt, but has useful political side effect that denies MPs time to try to stop no deal— Laura Kuenssberg (@bbclaurak) August 28, 2019
Nothing unusual here, except that in order for the Queen's Speech (ie the opening of a new parliament) to be held, the current parliament must be prorogued.
By happenstance, this gives the Brexit "rebel alliance" little time for mischief making.
I predict a wee bit of a row over this :)

Raab Uses The "P" Word
Dom Raab has refused to rule out proroguing Parliament to ensure Britain leaves without a deal on October 31— Steven Swinford (@Steven_Swinford) June 5, 2019
This is what senior figures in the ERG have been demanding - get round MPs by simply pushing the nuclear button and proroguing
