Fake Accent, Fake Name, Fake Oath - Pyla Bird-Leakey (AKA Lara)

 

Today, I was officially sworn in at Parliament.

I took this Oath in order to serve the people of Arbroath and Broughty Ferry - and declared that my loyalty will always be to the people of Scotland.

The SNP's latest MP, stage name "Lara Bird," is a very strange character. Real name Pyla Bird-Leakey; qualified as an English barrister (not a Scottish advocate) and until recently had an English accent.

Crossing her fingers and uttering a rambling pre amble, means that she has not taken the oath. 

The fact that this person is now an MP, tells you everything you need to know about the quality of MPs these days!

SNP Has Mental Breakdown Over The Name of a Cafe

 

For reasons best known to itself the SNP membership is having a collective mental breakdown over the name of the cafe in Edinburgh Castle.

It is called the Redcoat Cafe, and has been called that for the last 20 years or so, in honour of the colour of the uniform of the Guards. The Nats are upset because the name is evoking memories of Culloden (a battle that happened in 1745).

As noted, the cafe is in fact named after the Guards, who have a museum in the castle. However, the Nats prefer to wallow in their own feculence and will not listen to reason.

Did the vote to censure her?

Did they suspend her from the party?

They voted to send her flowers!

It would seem that the SNP has its head so far up its own arse it has completely lost touch with reality.

Sturgeon's Husband Arrested

 

Peter Murrell the husband of former first minister Nicola Sturgeon has been arrested in connection with an investigation into Scottish National Party finances.

This no doubt a counted for her sudden resignation recently. 

He should not worry too much, given that Scotland lets convicted child rapists off with community service, Murrell will probably be given an award if he he is charged and found guilty.
