The hapless commuters who are trying to get to work everyday, despite the best efforts of Southern and the unions, are being used as cannon fodder by the government in their war against the rail unions.

Theresa May Has Shot The Supreme Court's Fox
Theresa May secures Article 50 victory in the Commons as Parliament passes amended Brexit motion by 448 to 75.
Ironically the Supreme Court will resume today, without any mention of the fact that their deliberations are now completely irrelevant.
As I have been saying all along, this hearing is a waste of time!

Barnier Sets Brexit Deadline
Apparently, the UK will conclude its Brexit negotiations by October 2018.
That is according to Michel Barnier, IF negotiations start in March 2017!
Judging by the snail's pace at which the government is going with this, that's a very big
IF!!

Those of you who want to watch the Supreme Court hearing of the A50 Brexit challenge may do so via this link:
This is of course an utter waste of time and money, and an unnecessary delay. Theresa May should invoke Article 50 by writing to the EU, once she has done that the decision the by Supreme Court will be irrelevant.
