In order for a Chancellor to survive in office, it is essential that the markets believe what he says; the list of U turns somewhat "undermines" his credibility.

Question For David Cameron

Q: Which political party took on two loans on favourable terms from companies in known tax havens before the last election?

One £250,000 loan came from Juniper Trading, registered in the British Virgin Islands. It was given in 2004 at 0.25 per cent below the base rate, to be repaid in 2029.

Another £950,000 loan was made by the Medlina Foundation, based in Liechtenstein, at the base rate plus 1 per cent in the same year.

A: That would be the Conservative party, the same political party that believes that legal tax avoidance "isn't morally right"!

Tax Avoidance is a perfectly normal human thing to try to do, politicians (eg David Gauke, Cameron and Osborne) are not in a position to lecture the rest of us on "morality" and should shut the fuck up!
