Zahawi's sacking, of which he is allegedly furious, has brought forth a large amount of bollocks being quoted in the media about when/if Sunak et al knew Zahawi was being investigated.
Rest assured there is a summary prepared each day in Number 10 of the headlines etc.
Therefore this "ignorance" is either down to people lying, or Number 10 staffers not doing their job!
